We understand that when an unexpected incident occurs, or a worker is injured on the job that it is a stressful time.
HSPI is there to support you and your staff before and after an incident has occurred.
What We Do
HSPI offers a range of services related to incident investigations. This can range from development of policies and procedures for conducting investigations, training for your staff on conducting internal investigations, to providing impartial expert investigators.
How We Support You
Whenever an incident has occurred the goal is the same: determine what happened and how a similar incident can be prevented in the future. HSPI offers support in developing incident investigation programs and procedures to ensure that when an incident occurs, your workers are prepared to respond. We also offer training for staff on internal incident investigation to prepare workers to take on the challenge of investigating incidents that occur within the workplace.
We recognize that it is not always feasible to investigate every incident internally. In these cases, HSPI can provide seasoned investigators who will work to understand what has occurred and the factors that contributed to the incident. In addition to understanding why an incident occurred, our investigators will issue a comprehensive report that details actionable steps that will contribute to preventing future incidents.
